Cricket: A Global Game… Finally!

I was absolutely delighted to read confirmation that the ODI Cricket World Cup has been expanded to fourteen teams. Meanwhile, the T20 World Cup has increased to twenty teams. This is fantastic news! On this blog, I’ve so far refrained from pitching my plans to restructure international cricket. It’s pretty in-depth! You can always visitContinue reading “Cricket: A Global Game… Finally!”

Batmen 2

I recently posted an audiocast following England’s Test match struggles, particularly with the bat… So who can they turn to? Dawid Malan was the one that I mentioned in that post. Bonner has backed up innings of 86Continue reading “Bonner and Mayers”

County Cricket Expansion!

It’s a historic day for cricket in England! Rutland and Isle of Wight have been announced as the nineteenth and twentieth first class counties from next season. Whilst the admission of Isle of Wight isn’t a compete surprise, after they abandoned their futile attempts to gain full international status, the elevation of Rutland is unexpected.Continue reading “County Cricket Expansion!”

They retain that right until the home team wins. Upon winning, the home team then obviously acquires that right. Most series, regardless ofContinue reading “Choose Until You Lose”
