Short Morning Walk

With myself on holiday and both children at school or nursery, my wife and I seized the opportunity to take a short walk.

It was a sunny but autumnal morning in a kind of countryside but not quite proper countryside environment (If you know what I mean!). We saw a squirrel, which, no disrespect to squirrels, is as exciting as the wildlife got. We weren’t fortunate enough to see any deer or foxes.

It’s healthy, for body and mind, to get out and about, take it easy and slow down for a little while, what with the hustle and bustle of life constantly going on!

Do you have any regular of favourite walks that you like to do?

  1. Looks like you had beautiful weather to go for a morning stroll. It’s been damp and rainy here so I’ve been cooped up indoors for the past couple of days. I’m hoping to get some fresh air later today though. Fingers crossed it doesn’t keep raining.
